Hose Clamp

TORRO Bandwidth 12 mm

NORMACLAMP® TORRO® multi-range hose clamps are ideally suited to applications with high mechanical loads. Thanks to the continuous developments our TORRO® has undergone, it remains the benchmark within modern clamp construction. Within the NORMACLAMP® range, only the TORRO® has its trademark asymmetrical construction. The asymmetric housing provides high force, superior torque and even distribution of clamping pressure. The clamp aligns perfectly on the hose and ensures the optimal sealing of the connection.

TORRO Bandwidth 9 mm

NORMA TORRO with band width 9 mm in different materials. These multi-range hose clamps are ideally suited to applications with high mechanical loads.

Grip Coupling

NORMACONNECT® GRIP/GRIP E axial restraint pipe couplings are used to connect metal pipes. The anchoring ring with conically stamped teeth indents into the pipe surface (steel, stainless steel or cast iron) and provides safe and strong axial restraint.

• Progressive locking effect ensures a trouble- and maintenance-free connection
• Reusable
• Shock resistant
• Space saving connector
• Withstand high vibration loads

Original

ABA Original clamps feature an extra strong one-piece pressed housing, rolled-up band edges and a smooth band underside that protects the hose. Thanks to its integrated clamping force reserve it resists breaks and ensures a safe seal connection. In addition, its smooth undersides and rolled-up band edges are gentle on the hose and reduce the risk of leakage. The ABA housing is pressed in one piece from a custom-made pipe. It withstands very high breaking torques.

Nova

ABA Nova clamps incorporate a newly designed housing positioned to more evenly distribute a high clamping force and give safer guidance of the emerging band. The short housing saddle also provides optimal contact pressure on the hose. The New Generation design results in a clamping force reserve that resists breaks for a safe seal connection. In addition, smooth undersides and rolled-up band edges are gentle on the hose and reduce risk of leakage as well.

Aero HKFK

This Breeze Constant Torque Standard (HKFK) is a breakthrough in clamping technology. A Belleville spring mechanism permits the constant torque clamp to automatically increase or decrease its own diameter due to changes in operational or environmental temperatures. The unique design eliminates “cold flow” leaks. The Standard version is based on the Breeze Aero and comes with 8 Belleville washer springs for the smaller sizes and 10 washers for bigger sizes for an increased performance in demanding applications.

Quick Lock 9 mm

NORMACLAMP® Quick Lock 9 mm is manufactured from a continuously threaded band with smooth edges to prevent damage to the pipe. The Quick Lock housing allows easy and quick application, as the band can be adjusted to the right diameter of the pipe, before securing the lock with the screw. Band thickness 0.6 mm for band width 9 mm.

Quick Lock 12 mm

NORMACLAMP® Quick lock 12 mm is designed for quick-lock tightening and releasing of large diameter hoses and supplied in a perforated band, to provide an ideal contact surface for the hose. This clamp is the ideal solution for larger hose diameters over 100 mm. Band thickness 0.7 mm for band width 12 mm assures a very flexible clamp.

TORRO Wave Spring

The TORRO® WF clamp is fitted with a wave spring which automatically re-tensions to ensure optimal radial clamping force. The TORRO® WF is the ideal choice for applications under extreme temperature changes (e.g. charged air), under extremely low temperatures or for the retention of hoses with a tendency of “creeping”/ hose relaxation.
